I'm Carlynn, a homesteading wife, mom and hairstylist in beautiful Roseburg OR. 

When I'm not behind the chair, I'm playing outside in the garden, learning how to can and bake bread, or dreaming about building my beautiful home salon studio...

 

Over the last 16 years in the industry, I've realized I'm definitely not your average hairstylist. I don't fit the typical "Beauty Queen" hairstylist mold. Honestly, I'm a total introvert, and Awkward AF. #realtalk I struggle with social anxieties and depression, wear very little makeup if any, and more often than not my hair is wash and wear, or a 2 day old style. 

 

Low maintenance is always the name of my game.

 

Translating this into my work behind the chair looks like blending greys rather than total coverage, creating seamless blends for highlights, and paying close attention to the health and integrity of the hair I'm working with so clients can go longer between services. 

 

Every head of hair is different, so I work with you to tailor your color to your hair, goals, time frame and budget. And, by breaking up longer color appointments with a quick gloss or conditioning treatment, we can keep your hair looking gorgeous without spending hours in the chair all the time.

I also LOVE taking care of families! Earning kiddo's trust, and building relationships, watching them grow up, and change styles, is SO MUCH FUN. Helping moms keep their family looking and feeling their best feels pretty good too.
